SPRING BREAK IN ITALY AND GRFEECE!
Each year the Classics Department organizes a wonderful spring break tour to the ancient Mediterranean. This year the sites include both ancient capitals, Rome and Athens! From Rome we travel south to Pompeii, Naples, Capri and Sorrento, then east to Brundisium to board the overnight ferry to Patras. En route to Athens, we visit Corinth, Mycenae and the gorgeous theater at Epidaurus. In Athens we visit the Parthenon and the new Archeological Museum, which just opened last summer. Our group is between 35-45 members of the U of A community: graduates, undergraduates, staff, professors, spouses, and their friends and family. The trip is congenial, academic, and memorable!
APPLICATION & DEPOSIT OF $95.00 DUE MONDAY, November 13, 2009
The trip is open to the UofA community but GROUP SIZE IS LIMITED.
